At Aura Combat, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-end manufacturing gear. We offer a transparent 10-day return and exchange policy from the date your tracking status shows the item as delivered.
Damaged, Rough, or Defective Items
- Our Responsibility: If your product arrives structurally damaged, rough from transit, or possesses a manufacturing defect, we will take full responsibility.
- The Process: Please contact our support team within 10 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographic proof of the issue.
- Fees: Aura Combat will issue a pre-paid shipping label or fully cover the return shipping costs. We will provide an immediate identical replacement or issue a 100% full refund back to your original payment method, covering all taxes and processing fees.
Standard Returns & Customer-Choice Exchanges
- Your Responsibility: If your item arrives in perfect condition but you change your mind, ordered the wrong size, or prefer a different style, you are still fully welcome to return or exchange it within 10 days.
- The Process: The product must be completely unused, unwashed, free of chalk/gym debris, and returned in its original product packaging.
- Fees: For customer-choice returns or style/size exchanges, all return shipping fees and original shipping charges are paid exclusively by the buyer. Once the item is received and inspect-approved at our facility, your exchange will be dispatched, or your refund will be issued (minus original transit costs).
Custom and Bulk Orders
Please note that custom gym orders featuring your team’s personalized logos, specific branding, or tailored custom dimensions are manufactured strictly for you and cannot be accepted for general returns or change-of-mind exchanges unless a verifiable factory defect is present.
